When outside are temps are colder and require heat and defrost the inside windows will not stay clear. The fogging of the windows makes this very unsafe to drive, worse at night. I have read on several blog sites and on the internet that is a common concern . Recirculation motor on hvac is stuck into recirc mode and will not clear windows. This should be a safety recall as dangerous to drive.
