Vehicle Speed Control
When cruise control engaged, if it hits a level or down hill it appears to down shift, but continue to speed up. It should just reduce the fuel to slow down. This appears to be a program problem. This happens at all speeds. It was bought used from a toyota dealer. I have not asked the service department yet.
