Vehicle accelerates independently when the brake pedal is depressed. It has happened several times now. So far no accidents but i am concerned about this issue. I filed a similar complaint in january 2017 under complaint 10947803 and now realize the dipstick/dipstick tube defect on these cars can also be categorized under "other". ------- there is a problem with the engine oil dipstick and/or dipstick tube on the 2015 toyota corolla which uses 0w-20 oil. Dangerous unintended acceleration. I was driving 5-10 mph in a parking lot when the car accelerated quickly for no reason. The floor mats were fine. My foot did not slip. The car just accelerated on its own to about 35 mph.

After a short trip on city streets, i came back out to my car and noticed the sunroof glass had spider-webbed. I had to drive home on the highway, and while driving at 60nph, the glass shattered, leaving a hole in the sunroof glass.

Stopped at a red light with foot on the brakes. Out of nowhere the car accelerated forward extremely fast. Forced to hit an car in front of me within a car or two, distance wise.
