    The driver side rear seatbelt latch is switched with the center passenger belt, and the only receiver that will latch the belts is the one in the position of the center passenger. The other receivers simply do not latch. Although the mileage on the vehicle we have never had more than 1 person in the rear seat and they always sat behind the driver.     Seat belt will lock before i have it buckled. It will not unlock. It happens at least once a day. I have brought it to the dealership twice; once when it was locked.
