Regular use of the graco snugride 32 and base in 2007 corolla. The carseat will flip sideways but remain installed in the base. It happens several times a month now that the baby is 17 lbs it can occur on a short trip, less that 10 minutes in the car. There have not been any serious consequences as a result of the flipping.
