My brakes momentarily fail at times when i pass over uneven surfaces on the road. It occurs a few times every week (i commute about 20 miles everyday). I live in chicago, and this brake failure occurs in nice weather as well as during snowy or rainy conditions. I have had my tires checked, and they are not the problem.
