This about a tire called riken raptor's. I now have had this happen twice where the top part of the tire comes off the side walls, it happened in august as well. The tires were perfectly fine as far as air goes as i maintain my car. But for a 2nd one to have happened to me tells me there is a problem and i would hope someone would look into this.
